Home Sweep Home is epic. I think you'll appreciate this ...https://chefjeng.substack.com/p/its-all-in-a-name as Jen has just told the world about a carpet cleaning company called Spruce Springclean.
No back to school feeling here as my younglings have long flown the nest. So it’s all about trying to tame and make my wild garden look a bit more respectable. Oh and eat more tomatoes!!
I have beetroot ready to be cooked so you’re a step ahead. Not to mention the jalapeños and cornichons waiting to be pickled. The lavender and herb bags waiting to be made with this season’s ‘chop’. Oh and the 12 bananas I gamely bought thinking I’d make a batch of banana breads for the new mother and the new hip replacement neighbour. I think I’ll just let the tomatillos rot it the fridge then guiltily throw them on the compost heap. (Why would you grow 6 tomatillo plants when you’ve never even tried tomatillos before?)
I've never known you be a dick (and I wasn't paid to write that)

Now I have to read the comments on your last post. I do store my cashmere in a camphor wood chest, it works a treat!
I have cooked beetroots waiting to be pickled and my mother and I now joke about how I am going to do it in hour 75 of 24. Ahhhh time.
